Let’s be honest: everyone, yes EVERYONE has craved a potato chip and one point in time. Is it the satisfaction of biting into something so crunchy and thin, or the sky high sodium levels? Who knows, but never fear, we have something even better: kale chips. These are such a good alternative to potato chips and so easy to make; and did we mention they’re freaking DELICIOUS?! Here’s what you need to do:
What you’ll need:
1 bunch of kale
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of any seasoned salt
What you’ll do:
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F. Line a non insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Carefully remove the kale leaves from the stem and cut or tear into bite size pieces.
Lay pieces on parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt to your liking.
Bake until edges are brown, around 10-15 minutes.
