My name is Dana Albrandt and I have been and I have been teaching for almost 5 years.  I absolutely LOVE teaching, it is my passion to teach group fitness!  I’m certified in many formats such as PiYo and Les Mills Sprint.  I have created my own workouts including my powerful HIIT Intensity class that I have taught for the United States Air Force for physical training when we lived overseas in the UK.  Most recently I taught in Tampa, FL at a small but community oriented women fitness boutique where I taught 6-8 times a week with PiYo and HIIT being my most popular and packed out classes.  I have a passion for teaching and for fitness and nutrition that I strive to share with everyone who walks into my classes-my desire is that we have fun, laugh a bit, but that we all get what we came for: to get a smokin’ workout!  On a personal note, I was born and raised in Alaska and I have been married to my husband Chris for 20 years and we have 3 children ranging from 3-18.  We are stationed here in Tucson at Davis-Monthan Air Force base for the next few years and I am happy to be a part of Inspired Fitness where hope to inspire YOU to reach your fitness goals.
