She is a regular attendee here at Inspired Fitness and always comes with can-do attitude! We asked Amy a few questions to find out what motivates her. Here’s what she had to say:

What inspires you to come to class each week?
I truly believe the instructors make the class. They inspire me, challenge me to give 100%. Matching their energy results in a successful workout.
What is your absolute favorite guilty pleasure food?
My favorite guilty pleasure is chocolate covered strawberries.
Do you have any goals that you’re currently working on?
One of my goals is to build more upper body muscle and definition.
What is your favorite class type and why?
I have two favorite classes. First is Turbokick. It is by far the best cardio class I have ever taken. The second is Barre Sculpt. This class has given me the best results when it comes to toning and strengthening my body.
If you had any advice for those getting started on their fitness journey, what would it be?
My advice would be to research what class works best with getting the results you want during your journey. The only competition is you. Have fun.
