Prepare to sculpt your body and get your heart rate up through a series of light weight resistance moves with bursts of cardio!  You will tone your body and burn calories while working up a sweat and having a great time.  This class is great for all fitness levels.


Barre is a combination of yoga, pilates, and ballet barre inspired exercise that will tone and sculpt your entire body. Utilizing small weights, flexible balls, and the ballet barre to work flexibility, core-strength, and total body muscle tone. This class raises the heart rate while providing a full body workout.
