These Pumpkin Spice Protein Balls are sweet, spiced and protein packed. They take 5 minutes to mix together and keep in the fridge for a week!
When you feel tempted by fun sized treats, don’t let them trick you! Grab for one of these instead.
Pumpkin Spice Protein Balls
- 1 1/4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- A pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
- 1/4 cup pumpkin
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Mix together oats, flax seed, chia seeds, spices and salt until thoroughly combined. Add in almond butter, pumpkin, honey, and vanilla and mix until a dough forms. Mix in chocolate chips.
Scoop and roll into 2 tablespoon sized balls. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week.
