Want to book a private group class?

Get your co-workers, friends, or any other groups together for a group class just for you! Available as a one-time event or on a recurring basis for groups from 10-25. Pick the class and we will work to create a fun, personalized class for your group! Please email us for more information on scheduling and pricing.

Tucson Fitness Classes for Every Level

We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 25 people to give individualized attention. All classes are scheduled through MindBody. Sign up using the MindBody app or call the studio and we will book for you. If you sign up for a class and can no longer attend, you must cancel within 4 hours of the class start time. If a class is full, you can be added to the waitlist and will be informed of an opening 4 hours before class. 🛒here.

Yoga

A gentle Vinyasa style class that is appropriate for absolute beginners and those who are more experienced. Classes incorporate traditional and modern poses to help explore and discover your mind body connection.

Butts and Guts

Tone and shape your glutes and abs from every angle with this targeted workout using light weights and body weight.  Finish your workout with a relaxing stretch to aid in muscle recovery.

Buti Yoga

Buti, in Indian Marathi, means “the cure to something hidden or kept secret.” This practice is a high-intesntiy fusion of yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics. Classes combine cardio, strength training and flexibility in one seamless format.

Just like in our 50 minute spin cycling class, instructors will lead everyone through a vigorous ride, but after your ride you’ll get a bonus core workout!  Start with cardio and end with a core strengthening routine!

Boxing Bootcamp

Boxing and bootcamp drills mixed together for one exciting workout!  No two workouts are identical!  Students of all skill levels and physical abilities will succeed in this total body workout class.

Strong by Zumba

Strong by Zumba combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

Private Pilates

Lengthen, strengthen and balance your entire body by utilizing equipment designed by Joseph Pilates.  Through private instruction you will use with the Reformer, Cadillac, and more to explore the  efficiency in your movement, gait, balance, and strengthening of your core.  You will learn how to utilize your body to stay safe as you take on every day activities, hobbies, and sports.

Core de Force

Fight for a killer body! This MMA-inspired, total-body workout uses core conditioning combinations, bodyweight moves, and cardio spikes to harness the power of your core and have you feeling like a total badass. You’ll burn major calories and carve your waist—no equipment needed.

Sculpt & Sweat

Prepare to sculpt your body and get your heart rate up through a series of light weight resistance moves with bursts of cardio!  You will tone your body and burn calories while working up a sweat and having a great time.  This class is great for all fitness levels.

Bootcamp

50 mins that will provide full body strengthening as well as improved cardio endurance.  No class is the same!   A new combination of challenging exercises will help you find your limit and continue to push past it.

Barre

Barre is a combination of yoga, pilates, and ballet barre inspired exercise that will tone and sculpt your entire body. Utilizing small weights, flexible balls, and the ballet barre to work flexibility, core-strength, and total body muscle tone. This class raises the heart rate while providing a full body workout.

HIIT

This class provides high intensity exercises for short periods of time.  This highly effective method gets you in and out while challenging your strength and conditioning.

Mat Pilates

Pilates Mat class uses the principles of Joseph Pilates to strengthen, lengthen and tone the body, using body weight a form of resistance.  The focus of work coming from your core to help promote balance, flexibility and alignment of your body.

Cycling

50 minute class that will work push your cardiovascular limits.  Utilizing the resistive fly wheel to simulate climbing, jumping, or taking off on the flat open rode, the instructors lead everyone through a vigorous ride that leaves you feeling energized and motivated.

P90X

P90X challenges your body to strengthen your body. This total-body strength and conditioning class is based on proven principles from personal training and strength coaching, has the ultimate variety to keep your body guessing as you bust through plateaus.

Piyo

Pilates + Yoga + Nonstop Movement! Piyo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of pilates with the strength and flexibility benefits of yoga. It’s a true fat-burning, music-driven, low-impact workout, and you’ll get incredibly defined.

Insanity

Insanity is athletic interval training that challenges your body.  This hi-intensity workout takes you through group focused cardio drills, athletic conditioning, and explosive moves without any equipment.

TurboKick

TurboKick is the ultimate cardio kickboxing party!  Ready to become a total knockout? With fierce cardio kickboxing and body-sculpting dance moves choreographed to the hottest music mixes, you’ll get ultra-lean and toned—and have a blast doing it!
