From basic moves to advanced aerobics, all of our group fitness classes are instructor-led and tailored to where you’re at in your journey. Beyond that, the focus is less about loss or gain (in terms of weight and muscle) and more about balance. Women who are looking to maintain a balanced lifestyle will find our group fitness classes are just what the doctor ordered.
We offer classes for every level, and each class caps at 25 people to ensure individualized attention from our staff. There is something for everyone and modified versions of exercises are also offered so you can honor where you’re at.

Is there anything you CAN’T find with group fitness? From barre to BollyX, and cycling to sculpting, whatever you’re hungry for, we’ve got the flavor. In fact, many of our group fitness classes offer a hybrid of sorts of popular favorites, such as Pilates and yoga, resulting in workouts like PiYo. Concentrating on the core? Try a class that combines cardio and strength training, such as an indoor cycling class coupled with TRX or HIIT.
Think you’ve got a better idea to supplement what we offer? Get your gals together for a custom class just for your group! Available as either a one-time event or an ongoing basis for groups of 10-25. Pick the class you want and a fun, personalized experience is created solely for your squad.
Personal sessions, which we also offer, are an investment that you may not yet be interested in. While they are certainly worth the value, sometimes consistency outperforms cost when exercising. If you’re having trouble finding workout motivation, the private, individualzed attention might be just what you need. That said, invest your time and money in frequent classes with rates that are budget-friendly.
